Live music happens here every single night — in dive bars and vineyards, bandshells and concert halls, from Great Neck to Montauk. But the listings are scattered across dozens of venue websites, Facebook pages, and outdated calendars. We fix that.
What we do
LI Rocks automatically gathers listings from venue calendars, ticketing services, municipal event feeds, and other public sources across Nassau and Suffolk, then cleans them up: duplicates get merged, promo clutter gets stripped, and every show links to its performer, venue, town, and date — with directions, calendar buttons, and tickets where available.
The result is one schedule you can trust for a quick answer: what’s on tonight, what’s near you, or when your favorite band plays next.
For the scene, not just about it
This site is built on Long Island, for Long Island. Local performers and venues can claim their pages to add photos, links, and videos — that’s what keeps the lights on, along with clearly-labeled ads and affiliate links. We never charge fans, and listings are never pay-to-play: every show we find gets listed, claimed or not.
A note on accuracy
Listings are compiled from public sources and cleaned automatically. Bands get sick, weather moves shows, bars change plans — always confirm with the venue before driving out east. Spot an error? Tell us and we’ll fix it.
